Nitin Ajmeria's areas of interest are Post Concussion rehabilitation, Musculoskeletal injuries, sports injuries, chronic pain, neurological conditions and exercise prescription. In his physiotherapy practice, he works hard to educate each of his patients on strategies for self-care and integrating exercise into daily schedule.

Reetu Khattar

Registered Kinesiologist

During her time in school Reetu Khattar volunteered with aphasia patients, strengthening programs with teens and pelvic floor patients. She now spends her free time trying new forms of exercise, relaxing with her dog and staying up to date on Netflix reality shows.


Reetu chose to do Kinesiology to spread more awareness for females in her community on the importance of healthy living and different ways to stay active. She is excited to use her knowledge and experience with you!

Vanessa Brown

Registered Dietitian

Vanessa is a Registered Dietitian (#1298) with the College of Dietitians of British Columbia. She has a background in Nutrition and Kinesiology, holding Bachelor degrees in both.

With a passion for people, nutrition and exercise, Vanessa works to create small, manageable changes that results in a healthier, longer-lasting lifestyle for her clients. Vanessa holds a high level of professionalism and strives in a collaborative approach.

With experience in various Dietetics fields, including sports, clinical, eating disorders and diabetes, she brings a wealth of experience to the table. Using motivational interviewing techniques, a personalize approach and providing evidenced-based information, clients continue to return with satisfaction.

Dr David Veltman-Robert

Chiropractor

Dr. David Veltman-Robert is a passionate and dedicated evidence-based practitioner graduating from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC). He strongly believes in the value of optimal range of motion, strength and motor control to improve overall health and well-being. His holistic approach towards each patient helps them to restore and sustain functional movements, reduce pain, prevent injury and promote rehabilitation.

Dr. David firmly believes in the power of an active lifestyle in promoting quality of life; thus, he encourages exercise prescription and proper nutrition for better mental and physical health. His interests include various sports, exercise training and yoga; for which he is also a certified yoga instructor. With his ultimate goal of helping individuals reach their full potential, Dr. David is here to help people recover from injuries or chronic pain with compassion, care and commitment.

Forrest Halldorson

Intern Massage Therapist

Born and raised in Chilliwack, Forrest has developed a deep bond with the Fraser Valley's natural beauty and rich heritage. Forrest's journey is characterized by a genuine passion for helping others heal. He has gained valuable experience working with diverse populations, including UBC varsity athletes, individuals with spinal cord injuries, seniors, and those battling Multiple Sclerosis (MS).

 

With registration exams scheduled for late May 2024, Forrest is eager to continue his journey of learning and growth in the field of massage therapy. Beyond his academic and professional pursuits, Forrest finds joy in exploring the wonders of the Fraser Valley, from outdoor adventures to discovering local businesses.

Coming from a competitive swimming background, Kristin understands the impact of sports on the body and emphasizes the synergy of physical therapies and an active lifestyle for optimal health. Kushal thind

Intern Massage Therapist

Kushal Thind is currently enrolled at Pacific Coastal College of Massage Therapy where she is completing her RMT course.

 

She currently offers relaxation massages using a variety of techniques. Massage therapy is a great way to reduce muscle tension, improve flexibility, promote better sleep, and help with anxiety, stress etc. She’s here to help take care of your body and mind at the same time!
