Our Yogis

Yoga therapy uses safe, gentle movement, breathwork, and mindfulness techniques tailored to your needs. It compliments your physiotherapy program and supports long-term recovery and wellness. Yoga therapy can help with pain management, injury and post- surgical recovery, improve mobility and balance, better posture and core stability and help with stress relief and nervous system regulation.
